The Institute of Infection, Immunity & Inflammation of the University of Glasgow has contacted us to help them dealing with a high amount of bookings of their resources. We have analyzed their processes and designed a bespoke system that automates and facilitates their department processes, including booking and invoicing. The system allows hierarchical access of different type of users where permissions, reviewing, stats usages can be viewed by administrators, group administrators and end users.
